IT Technician

• Providing end-user technical support for business and residential customers
• Diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop computers
• Malware removal and general computer troubleshooting
• Assisting customers by phone, remote support, in-store, and occasionally on-site
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software
• Documenting work performed and communicating solutions to customers
• Learning and supporting new technologies as needed
