IT Support

Our client is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support in a Microsoft-focused environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, managing accounts and devices, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Resolve 10-15 support tickets per day
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues
• Provision and deploy laptops, workstations, and mobile devices
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and licenses
• Support Active Directory user management and permissions
• Assist with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and MFA support
• Provide SharePoint access and basic troubleshooting
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with IT team members

• 2+ years of IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support experience
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience (required)
• Strong Active Directory experience (required)
• Experience supporting Windows environments
• Familiarity with Intune, JAMF, and mobile device management
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk
• Understanding of IAM, MFA, and user access management
• SharePoint support experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
