IT Support Specialist-Help Desk

Maintains technological aspects of diocesan computer systems with a primary responsibility for user software/technology support and training. Responsible for assisting diocesan users. Answer program questions, maintenance, user logins and upgrades.

• Associate Degree in Information Technology field or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience working in an IT business environment.
• Excellent knowledge of software such as Microsoft O365, Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Computer hardware setup and configuration.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Verbal and written communications.

• Microsoft software Windows 10, Windows 11, and Office 365.
