IT Technician - Part time (16 hours/week), On-site

The part-time position will provide on-site IT support on Saturday as well as one weekday to ensure the property’s information management system continues to perform as it should., * Assist users with requests submitted through the IT HotSOS ticketing system, as well as email and voicemail requests promptly.

• Assign and maintain user login and password(s)
• Work with third-party vendors for ongoing maintenance and support of the property’s telephone, internet, and Wifi system.
• Evaluate unresolved issues and monitor follow-up to ensure timely resolution
• Performs preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals
• Other duties as assigned.

6. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize according to deadlines.
