Project Manager - IT (Financial Services)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong technical/development background who has transitioned into project/program management. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing system integration, production support, and enterprise IT programs within the financial services domain, particularly mortgage or insurance platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT programs and projects across financial services applications
• Manage system integration initiatives, production support projects, and platform enhancements
• Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
• Drive Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methodologies
• Own project planning, execution, risk management, dependencies, and reporting
• Manage Jira boards, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users

• 10 15 years of IT experience with prior hands-on development background
• Strong experience as an IT Project Manager / Program Manager
• Financial Services domain experience (Mortgage or Insurance strongly preferred)
• Experience with System Integration & Production Support
• Strong Agile delivery experience (Scrum, Kanban)
• Expertise with Jira and Agile project tracking tools
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
