Job description
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Build and deploy application packages through Intune Endpoint Manager
- Manage and troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint systems
- Handle complex technical issues and escalations
- Administer Azure and Active Directory environments
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Outlook
- Develop technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles
- Monitor support KPIs and recommend system improvements
Requirements
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and Endpoint Configuration Manager
- 3 years supporting, installing, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 products
- 3 years of experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012-2019, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Teams
- 3 years supporting computer peripherals, network copiers, and video conferencing equipment
- Experience with Azure Administration, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory
Preferred Skills:
- PowerShell scripting
- ServiceNow
- Security and patch management
- Network troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams Administration
