Job description

  • Manages the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, and offer execution, to ensure open roles are filled with qualified candidates in a timely manner.
  • Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements, evaluate candidate fit, and ensure alignment with team needs, company culture, and Predictive Index insights.
  • Coordinates and executes onboarding activities within the HRIS (Paycom), including new hire setup, workflow completion, and orientation facilitation, to ensure a consistent experience for all new employees.
  • Serves as an initial point of contact for employee questions and concerns; conducts intake, gathers relevant information, and escalates complex, sensitive, or high-risk matters to appropriate leadership.
  • Provides day-to-day support to managers related to hiring, onboarding, performance check-in documentation, and employee communications, reinforcing consistent application of company processes and expectations.
  • Supports the planning and execution of People Operations initiatives and projects, tracking progress to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting events to support talent pipeline development and maintain a consistent candidate experience.
  • Executes People Operations processes in coordination with the People Operations Specialist (HR Ops & Compliance), ensuring all actions are completed in alignment with established documentation standards.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Onboarding process management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and managers at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline and coordinate multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS platforms; experience with Paycom preferred.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in gathering and escalating employee-related information appropriately.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail in documentation, process execution, and candidate and employee communications., * Minimum required education, certifications, or years of experience. Preferred qualifications can be listed separately.
  • 3-6 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination roles
  • required.
  • Experience supporting hiring managers and coordinating onboarding processes required.
  • Exposure to employee relations processes or HR operations preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while performing computer-based work and participating in virtual or phone meetings.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, and phone.
  • Ability to move between office areas or floors as needed for meetings and collaboration.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry materials such as onboarding documents or recruiting materials, up to 15 lbs.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.

Travel Requirements:

This position requires occasional travel, estimated at 5-10% of the time, primarily for job fairs, recruiting events, and multi-site coordination. The frequency and duration of travel will vary based on organizational need.
