Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Repair Technician to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of network and IT infrastructure systems across field sites. This role involves working with structured cabling, network hardware, and physical infrastructure components to ensure reliable connectivity and system uptime., * Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance of infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, and low voltage components.

  • Use hand tools, schematics, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose issues accurately.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment and infrastructure to identify potential failures or hazards proactively.
  • Repair or replace damaged components in computer hardware, networking equipment, and other technical systems.
  • Follow detailed service procedures and safety protocols during all repair activities.
  • Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections thoroughly for record-keeping and future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues involving electrical wiring, mechanical parts, or computer hardware.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar field service role involving infrastructure repair.

  • Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware installation, networking concepts, and schematics interpretation.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to machinery repair and preventative maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work with hand tools effectively and safely in various environments.
  • Experience using testing devices such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
