Job description

You are thoughtful about how AI can support your work, using it to accelerate content creation and analysis, while applying strong judgment to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

This role is production focused and you will work directly in HTML-based content systems, apply structured content and metadata standards, and help improve the overall quality, consistency, and usability of a large support knowledge base. You will also help evolve content into more modular, action-oriented formats that support both human users and AI-driven experiences, ensuring content is designed for scalability and reuse.
