Job description
We are seeking a Knowledge Experience Designer (KXD) to join a longer term project supporting one of our large, well-known tech clients. This ongoing project will focus on improving how support and operational knowledge is structured, maintained, and surfaced to agents, with an increasing emphasis on AI-assisted workflows and future-ready content systems.
In this role, you will transform complex support and operational knowledge into clear, structured, and reusable content that helps support agents resolve issues quickly and accurately. You also will aid heavily in their scalability.
If you are the right fit, you are comfortable working within content systems, are known for your attention to detail, and skilled at bringing order and clarity to evolving information. You are thoughtful about how AI can support your work, using it to accelerate content creation and analysis, while applying strong judgment to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
This role is production focused and you will work directly in HTML-based content systems, apply structured content and metadata standards, and help improve the overall quality, consistency, and usability of a large support knowledge base. You will also help evolve content into more modular, action-oriented formats that support both human users and AI-driven experiences, ensuring content is designed for scalability and reuse.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UX writing?, * 3+ years of experience in content strategy, design, and UX writing
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with experience maintaining production content
- Familiarity with metadata, taxonomy, SEO, or content discoverability concepts
- Experience working with knowledge management systems or help center platforms
- Ability to structure complex information into clear, scannable, user-centered formats
- Familiarity working within templates, style guides, or design systems
- High attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality content
