About The Role:
We are looking for a motivated graduate who wants to grow in an international environment. You will support Business Support Team by providing high‑quality administrative assistance to help the team meet its commitments efficiently. You will work with autonomy, following general guidelines and prioritizing tasks according to internal policies and procedures.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
In this role, you will closely collaborate
Requirements
with the Iberia Business Support team on activities such as:
- Managing interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in the Engage HCP process.
- Coordinating and supporting the logistics of events and meetings, both on‑site and off‑site.
- Providing general administrative and marketing support.
What Are We Looking For In You?
- Bachelor’s degree in in Administration, Compliance, Law, Languages, Tourism, or similar fields, with an interest in developing within an international company.
- Any short previous experience in service‑oriented support roles will be considered a plus.
- Fluent Spanish and English (B2 level or above).
- Strong organizational skills & Attention to detail.
- Customer‑service orientation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). *
