Job description

activities, including system access, employment eligibility verification (I-9/E-Verify), and new hire support.Maintain data accuracy within HR systems and resolve personnel and payroll discrepancies.Serve as the primary contact for general HR inquiries, providing professional customer service and guidance to employees and departments.Manage HR email communications and route inquiries to appropriate staff as needed.Support HRIS-related projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.Coordinate personnel board, grievance, and appeal meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, records management, scheduling, and meeting logistics.Provide training and ongoing support to departmental representatives regarding HR processes and procedures.Assist with front desk operations, mail distribution, employee recognition programs, and other administrative support functions.Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.Benefits: Pay increases are available upon completion of
