The HRIS Specialist is responsible for supporting and enhancing our Workday environment with a primary focus on Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking (PATT) and reporting modules. This role will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for configuration, maintenance, and optimization of these modules. The Specialist will partner closely with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Additionally, this role will provide backup support for Benefits and Compensation modules, ensuring continuity across key HR systems., * Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules including business processes, eligibility rules, calculations, and accruals.
- Support design, testing, deployment, and enhancement of Workday functionality.
- Troubleshoot system issues and partner with stakeholders to resolve defects.
- Serve as SME for Payroll and Time Tracking configuration and system support.
- Ensure payroll compliance through accurate system configuration and audits.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports.
- Create dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
- Maintain data integrity through audits, validations, and governance practices.
- Manage EIB uploads and maintain system data tables.
- Support HRIS projects, including testing and Workday releases.
- Provide backup support for Benefits and Compensation modules.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience with at least 3 years of Workday configuration.
- Experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
- Experience building Workday reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of Workday architecture and data structures.
