Web Designer (Figma) - Remote

Insight Global is seeking a talented Web Designer specialized in Figma to lead the visual design of a new website for one of our client’s subsidiaries, targeting a Q3 2026 launch. In this role, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders to bring their vision to life, delivering clean, intuitive, and production-ready designs using Figma.

Responsibilities. This is a remote role working EST hours for a pay range of $45-55/hr based on expereince.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop design concepts, and iterate on website layouts

Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs in Figma

Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines provided by external branding partners

Deliver well-organized, developer-ready Figma files to support a smooth handoff to the development team

Work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining consistent communication with key stakeholders

• 3+ years of web design experience with a strong portfolio

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)

• Experience designing for marketing or corporate websites

• Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously with non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with designing for Webflow implementation is a plus

• Knowledge of Employee Benefits Management is a plus
