Job description

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workstations and related equipment
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
  • Assist in the management of network connectivity issues
  • Respond to service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
  • 2 years of technical operations support experience
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, network configurations, and hardware components
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with VPNs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory, * Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field
  • CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification is preferred
