Job description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for workstations and related equipment
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
Assist in the management of network connectivity issues
Respond to service requests and ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements

Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
2 years of technical operations support experience
Strong understanding of operating systems, network configurations, and hardware components
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with VPNs, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory, * Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field
CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification is preferred
