Workflow Developer #11065

The role will focus primarily on:

• Building ServiceNow workflows within the FSO module
• Automating business processes
• Supporting API integrations and system connectivity
• Designing and implementing workflow solutions
• Supporting migration from legacy BPM technology

Longer term responsibilities include:

• Architecture and solution design
• Supporting three major institutional business lines
• Acting as a subject matter expert for workflow automation

Development vs Architecture Split

Near-term (migration phase):

• Mostly hands-on workflow development

Long-term (post-migration):

• More involvement in
• workflow architecture
• solution design
• platform strategy

Key Technical Requirements

Must have experience with:

• ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) module
• Workflow development within ServiceNow
• REST APIs / system integrations
• ServiceNow development tools such as:
• Flow Designer
• Workflow automation
• ITSM / CSM modules

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Generative AI or ServiceNow AI capabilities

Pay: $155,000.00 - $161,000.00 per year
