Epic Healthy Planet Analyst

• Hospital system is seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Analyst to support Care Everywhere mapping initiatives and interoperability workflows across the organization’s Epic environment.
• This role will focus heavily on Care Everywhere mappings, data exchange configuration, and coordination of patient data interoperability between Epic and external healthcare organizations.
• The ideal candidate will have strong Healthy Planet experience along with a solid understanding of Epic interoperability workflows, patient data exchange, and clinical integration processes.
• This consultant will work closely with operational, clinical, and technical teams to support configuration, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization activities related to Care Everywhere functionality., * Support Care Everywhere mapping configuration and maintenance activities within Epic.
• Assist with interoperability workflows and patient data exchange optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and support workflow enhancements.
• Troubleshoot Care Everywhere issues related to mappings, data reconciliation, and external organization connectivity.
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities related to interoperability workflows.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Assist with documentation related to mappings, workflows, build specifications, and system changes.
• Work closely with Epic application teams and interface teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Support ongoing optimization efforts related to Healthy Planet and Care Everywhere functionality.

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, * Epic Healthy Planet certification required.

• Care Everywhere certification strongly preferred/nice to have.
• 5+ years of Epic analyst experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting Epic interoperability workflows and Care Everywhere mappings.
• Strong understanding of patient data exchange and clinical workflow integration within Epic.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization activities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced healthcare IT project environments preferred.

• This is a short-term contract engagement focused specifically on Care Everywhere mapping and interoperability support initiatives.
• Candidates with prior Healthy Planet and interoperability project experience will be highly preferred.
