Software Developer

We’re seeking a mid-level Software Developer ready to own critical pieces of Citrus’ growing platform. You’ll join a small, talented team that ships fast, cares deeply about quality, and builds tools that matter. You’ll be involved in every part of the process - planning, coding, testing, deploying, and improving systems that help youth sports programs succeed.

What You’ll Do

Develop and scale core Citrus applications used by youth sports programs across North America. Collaborate closely with our design and product teams to build high-quality, user-focused features. Write clean, efficient, and secure code with long-term scalability in mind. Contribute to front-end and back-end architecture across our platform. Build and optimize APIs, improve data performance, and support integrations. Work in an agile environment, managing your own projects while collaborating with the team. Continuously improve our system performance, accessibility, and reliability. Leverage your creativity to solve real-world problems facing youth sports organizations.

Do you have experience in System testing?, Zero ego - you care more about results and mission than credit. Strong experience in full-stack development (React, Next.js, NestJS preferred). Driven to write great code that’s reliable, efficient, and maintainable. Passionate about technology and helping small businesses succeed. Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects. A humble problem solver who learns fast and takes ownership. Communicates clearly and respectfully, with a heart for teamwork.
