Requirements

  • 8+ years of full stack development experience supporting web-based applications\n
  • Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)\n
  • Back-end expertise with C#, Node.js, .NET Core, Java, or Python\n
  • Experience with SQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases\n
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps, Git version control, and CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)\n
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GovCloud)\n
  • Strong understanding of application security, RBAC, and API development\n
  • Experience working within DoD or federal IT environments\n, * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field\n
  • Familiarity with DoD budgeting processes (e.g., POM, O&M, RDT&E)\n
  • Experience developing financial or audit-traceable platforms\n
  • Understanding of STIGs, ACAS scanning, RMF documentation, and system hardening\n
  • Prior work on software tools used for budget forecasting, contract execution, or manpower allocation\n

n We’re looking for an experienced \nSenior Full Stack Applicatoin Developer to support a Contract Management Tool, a mission-critical platform designed to modernize financial planning, execution tracking, and audit readiness for the Department of Defense (DoD). This developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure full-stack solutions that support program transparency, fiscal responsibility, and operational agility.\n \n \nKey Responsibilities\n \n \n

  • Develop and maintain scalable, secure full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies\n
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and mission stakeholders to define, develop, and implement financial tool capabilities\n
  • Integrate with DoD financial management systems and ensure data compliance with government regulations\n
  • Build RESTful APIs and microservices that ensure clean, secure data pipelines\n
  • Apply secure coding practices in accordance with DoD STIGs and RMF guidelines\n
  • Implement role-based access controls and maintain system integrity through audit-compliant design\n
  • Participate in Agile sprint cycles, code reviews, testing, and release processes\n
  • Support DevSecOps pipeline integration and CI/CD automation\n
