Job description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite technical support focused on PC troubleshooting, imaging, and hardware asset management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivers excellent customer service while maintaining accurate documentation., * Perform extensive PC troubleshooting and repair for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Execute recent PC imaging, configuration, and deployment activities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate hardware inventory records.
  • Document support activities, procedures, and asset details thoroughly.
  • Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support to end users.
  • Ensure organized handling of equipment, tickets, and support requests.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing?, * Extensive hands-on experience with PC troubleshooting and repair.

  • Recent experience with PC imaging tools and processes.
  • Strong hardware inventory management experience.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent documentation and customer service skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
