IT Support Specialist

ASI is looking for an IT Support Specialist with networking and server experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, software applications, and network/server systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support for employees via phone, email, and remote assistance.
• Be familiar with computer hardware and software.
• Assist in server and network maintenance.
• Document processes and changes.
• Troubleshoot a wide variety of IT related issues.
• Work in a team environment.

Do you have experience in Technical support via phone?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Prefer 4-year degree, * 3 years

• Experience with Dell hardware a plus
