Job description

This dual-role position combines the artistry and technical expertise of landscape architecture with the leadership and coordination skills of project management. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from concept through construction, ensuring design integrity, client satisfaction, and timely completion., * Lead the design and development of landscape projects, including conceptual plans, planting designs, site layouts, and sustainable solutions.

  • Manage all phases of project execution: budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and contractor coordination.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with design intent.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality, budgetary, and timeline goals.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Revit?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.

  • Licensed Landscape Architect (preferred) or working toward licensure.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design and project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS tools.
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, grading, drainage, and construction methods.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
