Business Intelligence and Digital Transformation

• Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, IT and Digital Transformation data ensuring operations alignment with overall business strategy for review by executives and other stakeholders.

• Lead strategic planning initiatives for digital transformation projects maintaining or updating business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or operational technology strategies.

• Identify and analyze industry trends to ensure that new product developments are implemented using the latest digital technology and that they are aligned with company’s objectives and branding strategies

• Create business intelligence tools or systems, including design of related databases, financial business analysis with spreadsheets, as well as business cycles tools to ensure the implementation of new operational systems are in alignment with the company’s business strategies and objectives.

• Collect business intelligence data from global industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources and make decisions to improve efficiency, scalability, and compliance.

• Conduct or coordinate evaluation of back-office functions to ensure that intelligence used in IT, Digital Transformation, Content Creation, is consistent with defined needs for brand management and marketing communication.

• Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related products, markets, or share trends in the industry to propose business strategies related to business cycles, and entrepreneurial initiatives.

• Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.

• Create or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.

• Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future product development or to improve business strategies of existing products.
