Senior Field Software Deployment & Integration Engineer

Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior Field Software Deployment & Integration Engineer to lead complex software deployments, customer go-live activities, and production support efforts for gaming technology solutions deployed globally. This role serves as the senior technical resource for deployment activities, providing mentorship and technical leadership to Field Software Deployment & Integration Engineers while acting as the escalation point for complex production and integration issues., Technical Leadership

• Serve as lead technical resource during customer deployments and go-live activities
• Mentor and support mid-level deployment engineers
• Provide escalation support for complex technical issues
• Drive deployment best practices and operational consistency

Software Deployment & Integration

• Lead software installations, upgrades, and customer deployments
• Support casino system integrations and production cutovers
• Review deployment readiness and validate production environments
• Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across engineering and customer teams

Kubernetes & Production Support

• Support containerized applications running within Kubernetes environments
• Analyze application logs, container logs, and platform health indicators
• Troubleshoot complex deployment, integration, and cluster-related issues
• Support deployment automation activities utilizing tools such as Ansible

Operational Excellence

• Lead root cause analysis efforts
• Develop deployment documentation, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
• Support international expansion and global deployment initiatives

• 6+ years of software deployment, systems integration, production support, or related experience
• Advanced Linux administration and troubleshooting experience
• Strong Kubernetes troubleshooting experience
• Experience supporting Java-based applications running in containerized environments
• Experience with Ansible or similar automation tools
• Python experience preferred
• Strong networking and infrastructure troubleshooting skills
• Experience leading technical deployments and mentoring engineers
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills

Additional Requirements

• Casino gaming experience strongly preferred
• Ability to travel approximately 70% domestically and internationally
• Valid passport required
• Travel includes North America, Canada, Macau, Manila, UAE, and other customer locations
• Candidates outside Las Vegas must be willing to travel to Las Vegas for onboarding and training
