Change Management & Training Lead

• Lead organizational change management activities for the Salesforce-based AAU Case Management Solution implementation.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness planning to support successful enterprise system adoption.
• Develop and execute communication, engagement, and adoption strategies for affected business and operational user groups.
• Design role-based training plans and curricula aligned to Salesforce case management workflows and user responsibilities.
• Create job aids, quick reference guides, training materials, and adoption resources to support end-user readiness.
• Partner with project leadership, business stakeholders, trainers, and technical teams to align change management deliverables with implementation milestones.
• Monitor adoption risks, training feedback, and readiness issues, and recommend actions to improve user engagement and solution acceptance., * Opportunities to lead impactful transformations in the public sector infrastructure.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Education, Organizational Change Management, or a related field preferred.
• Change management, training, or Salesforce-related certification preferred.
