Job description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant with a strong background in Mining, Manufacturing, or Industrial Operations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Business Central implementations, gather business requirements, configure solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to optimize business processes across finance, supply chain, inventory, procurement, production, and operations., * Lead and support full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure Business Central modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management.
  • Conduct business process analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
  • Design and execute data migration, testing, user training, and go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting requirements.
  • Develop functional design documents and process workflows.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timelines.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workshop facilitation?, * 7+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

  • Hands-on experience with at least 2 full-cycle Business Central implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Financial Management
  • Inventory Management
  • Procurement & Purchasing
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Manufacturing Processes
  • Warehouse Management
  • Experience gathering requirements and conducting workshops with business users.
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience in Mining, Manufacturing, Metals, Industrial Equipment, or Process Manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of Production Planning, BOMs, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Operations, and Quality Management.
  • Experience integrating Business Central with third-party applications.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
