We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Subject Matter Expert to serve as the internal owner and primary point of contact for a recently implemented ERP environment. This individual will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the platform while partnering closely with business stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, finance, and production., * Serve as the internal SME and trusted advisor for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Support day-to-day ERP operations, issue resolution, system administration, and user support.
• Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into system solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of system changes across departments and business processes.
• Partner with end users to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and maximize ERP utilization.
• Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with external vendors or development teams when necessary.
• Support system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements and platform optimization.
• Collaborate with leadership and functional teams to ensure the ERP environment supports evolving business objectives.
• Maintain documentation, system knowledge, and best practices related to the ERP ecosystem.

Do you have experience in System administration?, * Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Experience serving as a functional lead, SME, administrator, analyst, or systems owner within a Dynamics environment.
• Background supporting manufacturing, production, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of business processes including:
• Order-to-Cash
• Billing and Invoicing
• Accounts Receivable
• Inventory Management
• Operational and Production Workflows
• Ability to evaluate downstream and upstream impacts of system changes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or post-go-live environments., * Food and beverage manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Azure experience supporting cloud-hosted ERP environments.
• Microsoft ecosystem development experience.
• Ability to perform light development, customization, integrations, or automation activities.
