IT Manager

In this role, you’ll support critical IT functions that empower our clinical teams to deliver exceptional care. From troubleshooting day-to-day tech issues to planning and implementing IT projects, your work will help strengthen the digital backbone of our mission.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first line of technical support for end-users-resolving hardware, software, and network issues with speed and precision.
• Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Assist in managing and optimizing the organization’s network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other IT team members, departments, and vendors to deliver consistent and reliable service.
• Support and help implement key IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
• Lead user training sessions to enhance technology adoption and understanding.
• Maintain thorough documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Uphold compliance with healthcare data protection regulations, including HIPAA.

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or systems management role (required).
• Experience supporting Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems in a healthcare environment (preferred).

Licenses/Certifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or similar (preferred).

Compliance

• Commitment to maintaining all compliance requirements set by the company, client agencies, and accrediting bodies.
