This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating non-IT projects across functions such as engineering, R&D, supply chain, and product initiatives. The Project/Program Manager will oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration., * Coordinate and manage projects, including developing detailed plans and integrating technical activities

• Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders
• Recruit, assign, and oversee work of project team members and support team development
• Analyze resource requirements, technology, and market demand to assess project feasibility
• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams on project specifications
• Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and project deliverables

• Project coordination and execution experience, * Experience within heavy machinery or equipment manufacturing industry, * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

• Associate’s degree with 7+ years of experience
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
• Experience Required: 5+ years

• PMP or PMI certification preferred
