Job description
- Pull, terminate, dress, and label CAT5e/CAT6 cable in data center and commercial environments
- Work with both LC and MPO fiber connectors to support high-performance network infrastructure
- Dress, route, and organize cabling using industry-standard wire management practices, including cable trays, ladder racks, and J-hooks
- Rack and stack network switches, servers, and other IT hardware
- Accurately label cables, hardware, and pathways to maintain proper documentation and organization
- Read and interpret network diagrams, floor plans, blueprints, and project specifications
- Perform cable testing and verification as required

Requirements
Do you have experience in Telecommunications blueprint interpretation?, * Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on experience in structured cabling, telecommunications, or data center environments
- Proven experience installing Cat5e, Cat6, and fiber optic cabling systems
- Familiarity with LC and MPO fiber connectors
- Experience working in active data centers or mission-critical environments preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow installation standards
- BICSI, OSHA 10/30, Lift, or manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Must have basic hand tools and required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vest, steel-toe boots)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
