Job description

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Partner with Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization
  • Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of commitments
  • Identify and resolve impediments impacting the team
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement
  • Provide visibility through metrics such as velocity and burndown charts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment with organizational governance and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and SDLC
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Scrum certification (CSM/PSM)
  • Banking/financial services experience
  • Exposure to SAFe or enterprise Agile frameworks
