Content Designer / Instructional Designer

• Develop and design online training courses utilizing Articulate Storyline 360 and internal tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs and Learning Partners to convert content into effective eLearning solutions.
• Create and update microlearning assets aligned with evolving training strategies.
• Manage the content development lifecycle, including storyboarding, reviews, quality checks, and releases.
• Upload and oversee content within LCMS and LMS platforms, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.

Do you have experience in Training & development?, * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in instructional design, preferably within a corporate setting.

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360.
• Experience developing self-paced eLearning modules.
• Ability to work effectively across teams and with subject matter experts.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
