Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Instructional Content Designer to craft engaging, effective, and visually compelling learning experiences. In this role, you will develop high-quality instructional materials that enhance adult education programs and corporate training initiatives. Your expertise will drive the creation of interactive content that aligns with learning objectives, utilizing cutting-edge learning technology and design principles. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape impactful educational experiences across diverse platforms, ensuring learners are motivated, informed, and empowered to succeed., * Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze training needs and define clear learning objectives.
- Design and develop comprehensive instructional content, including e-learning modules, videos, presentations, and print materials using tools like Adobe Captivate, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) to create structured and effective learning solutions.
- Develop content compatible with Learning Management Systems (LMS) that support SCORM standards for seamless integration and tracking.
- Incorporate visual design principles to produce engaging graphics and multimedia elements that enhance learner engagement.
- Proofread and review all content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency while ensuring accessibility standards are met.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective project management techniques while maintaining quality standards and deadlines.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual communication design?, * Proven experience in instructional design or content development within adult education or corporate training environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms supporting SCORM packages and learning technology integration.
- Knowledge of curriculum development methodologies including ADDIE model and best practices in training & development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to write clear, engaging instructional materials and proofread effectively.
- Classroom experience or teaching background is highly desirable to understand learner needs deeply.
- Familiarity with Blackboard or similar Learning Management Systems is a plus.
- Ability to research new educational tools and incorporate innovative learning technology solutions into content design.
