Summary: The Data Center Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the computer operations within the data center. This role involves managing the day-to-day assignments of staff, ensuring the performance of production systems, and maintaining system availability. The supervisor will also prepare performance metrics and collaborate with IT groups to meet service objectives., * Supervise computer operations within the data center.

• Assign daily tasks to staff and monitor their work performance.
• Manage daily activities to resolve problems and address change management issues.
• Ensure production systems meet online response time requirements.
• Maintain system availability and prepare metrics for systems performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with IT groups and users to ensure service objectives are met.
• Mentor and manage technical staff.

Do you have experience in Technology management?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of IT work experience in computer operations with exposure to multi-platform environments.
• Experience in leading teams and projects.
• First-level management experience in data center operations.
• Ability to manage multiple processes within the operations area.
