Architect - Level 1

As an Architect - Level 1, you will participate in architectural work across projects of moderate size and complexity, spanning education, residential, and mixed-use building types. You will bring technical precision and design ambition in equal measure, contributing to a collaborative team that never settles for good enough., * Independently perform architectural design assignments on projects of moderate size and complexity

• Conduct analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies; develop design layouts
• Prepare project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data
• Write reports, plans, cost estimates, and calculations
• Collaborate actively with team members, bringing your full self and sharing sight on project direction
• Research and record information in support of assigned project work

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Active architectural license (required)
• 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural practice
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and standard project delivery software
• A detail-oriented mindset with the drive to build and re-build until it’s right
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
