Job description
Responsible for maintaining a smooth IT office infrastructure operation and managing growth. Provide support to office locations and IT applications including AV and conference equipment.
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:
-
Set up, upgrade and maintenance of all IT office equipment onsite in Core offices. This includes desks, phones, networked (both wired and wireless) devices, printers and any other IT related hardware

Desktop computers
-
Laptop computers
-
Tablets (Ipad, etc)
-
Mobile phones
-
Printers
-
Support for critical onsite services such as AV and Conference room equipment
-
Yealink/Logitech gear
-
Other
Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with vendors for:
-
Ordering new hardware (computers, monitors, etc.)
-
Telephone (including hardware)
-
Internet
-
Ability to support remote users (about 30% of total staff and expanding)
-
Discipline to understand change control, checklists, repeatable processes, etc.
-
Ability to manage additional resource in future to cover desktop support (i.e. delegation of lesser tasks once up to speed).

Very service oriented and has a proven ability to multi-task simultaneous requests
-
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Detailed oriented with the ability to work in a team environment and be flexible to daily changing needs and job duties.

Ability to analyze and problem solve, working closely with others to coordinate and complete initiatives.
-
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be dedicated to quality, highly organized and efficient.
- Ability to utilize all technical resources to solve problems and escalate appropriately.
Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred; at least 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2003/2008 are beneficial but not required.
