Job description

Administer and support LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN environments
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance and connectivity issues
Implement network changes following established change management processes
Support network security technologies, including firewalls, access controls, and VPNs
Assist with hardware upgrades, infrastructure projects, and cloud connectivity
Maintain network documentation and operational procedures
Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed
Participate in on-call support rotations

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3-5+ years of network administration or engineering experience
Experience supporting Cisco routing and switching environments
Strong knowledge of VLANs, STP, QoS, OSPF, EIGRP, ACLs, NAT/PAT, and VPN technologies
Understanding of DNS, DHCP, network monitoring tools, and authentication services
Experience with cloud networking and hybrid environments preferred
CCNA strongly preferred; CCNP or equivalent is a plus
Exposure to enterprise voice/unified communications systems is a plus
