IT Manager

We are seeking an IT Manager to join our dynamic team at TruCare Provider Services. This role is crucial in overseeing our IT infrastructure and ensuring that our technology supports our mission of delivering superior services. The IT Manager will play a key role in fostering a supportive environment where technology enhances the capabilities of our staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and prepare quotes for remote support installations.

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

• Provide installation and support of remote support technologies for individuals served.

• Be on-call to resolve technical issues, ensuring reliable support for our individuals and staff.

• Track and manage technology inventory, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently.

• Research and implement new technological solutions that can assist individuals in achieving greater independence.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up laptops and other necessary equipment.

• Learn, operate, and train others on various operating systems and software relevant to our services.

• Assist the Senior IT Manager with meeting budgetary needs and meeting financial obligations for billing.

• Travel to individual sites for installations and support, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Working with culturally diverse communities?, * 2 years of experience in an IT role preferred.

• Comptia A+ certification preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical issues swiftly.

• Knowledge of remote support technologies and assistive devices is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor staff.

• Willingness to travel as needed with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

• A passion for technology and a commitment to using it to improve the lives of others.
