Technical Art Review

This position’s primary function is to review all new embroidery art orders for accuracy. Responsible for reviewing, and validating the order for art accuracy, ATR ensures that the order will flow to Digitizing with little or no questions and that the order will meet all the qualifications for manufacturing. The ATR coordinator works closely with the Digitizers, other associates in Art support, Art Department Managers, Graphic Designers and the ASA’s, Sales Reps and Customers. #LI-Remote, Unrivaled Teamwear serves as the parent company of Champion Teamwear, Gear for Sports, and Knights Apparel, each an industry leader in the sports and team apparel space. Each brand offers customers a premier selection and exceptional service for all their sportswear needs, from t-shirts and caps to fleece, performance wear, and outerwear., * Orders are checked out in the dashboard, by art complete date and rush dates to ensure we meet the customer’s ship dates and expectations.

• Checks art on the on-line sales order by checking, Refer to’s, Omits and Adds, and thread colors as to placement within the design; Identifies and solves unclear information and uploads refer-to art when needed.
• Verifies art location restrictions per garment, size restrictions per location, art refer-to, and process method.
• Checks new art orders for possible reorder art by using quick builder or art search. Notifies Sales Rep. to change order over from new to reorder. Sent to ASA to make change and ATR will cancel the new art job.
• Access the art servers for licensing, sketches, and DST files.
• Customer DST files that are sent in, ATR creates a j-peg, so the design can be viewed and filed in file transfer for later use by digitizing.
• Answer art information, garment colors, garment style questions; Recommends policies and procedures that support continuous improvement in ATR.
• Communicates with the Sales Reps and Customer service Reps when changes are needed on the order.
• Once the order is checked and ready to go to digitizing, the order is checked complete in the dashboard and the order moves to the next step, Art Resource planner.

Do you have experience in Computer skills?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

• Knowledge of PC or Macintosh computers
• Experience with Citrix and Oracle a plus
