Maintenance Technician (Basic IT Knowledge)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician with basic IT knowledge to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of various equipment and systems across our facilities such as performing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting facility issues, and supporting hotel technology systems to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction., * Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
• Assist with computer hardware maintenance, including installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware components.
• Support low voltage systems such as security cameras, access controls, and networking infrastructure.

Do you have experience in Software installation?, * Prior experience in field service or as a service technician is highly desirable.

• Hands-on experience with equipment repair and general maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Mechanical knowledge sufficient to handle hand tool operations effectively.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including weekends.
