Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Infrastructure Support Technician to join our internal IT team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Network Administrator and IT Manager, serving as the primary point of contact for end-user technical assistance. Your core responsibilities will include hardware deployment, initial troubleshooting, and assisting with the administration of various enterprise technologies., * End-User Support: Serve as the first line of support for general IT inquiries, troubleshooting software and hardware issues for local and remote users.

  • Hardware Deployment: Configure and deploy new workstations, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
  • User Administration: Assist the Network Administrator with the onboarding of new hires, including account creation and hardware provisioning.
  • Systems Assistance: Support the management of mobile devices (MDM), facility alarm systems, and other integrated technologies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory.
  • Continuous Learning: Adapt to and learn new technologies as they are integrated into the company infrastructures.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Technical Aptitude: A strong fundamental understanding of information technology is essential.

  • Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor when assisting staff.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues efficiently.
  • Education: An Associate’s degree in Information Technology or relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) is preferred but not required.
  • Adaptability: A proactive approach to learning new systems and supporting various technologies as needed (e.g., network security, mobile platforms).

Working Environment

This is a hands-on role in a rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be expected to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of service., * High school or equivalent (Required)
