Job description

As a Security Operations Center Agent (Dispatcher), you will serve as the central point of contact for both clients and field teams. You will monitor real-time GPS tracking, live camera feeds, and communication streams while meticulously managing critical operational data. This role requires excellent attention to detail, fast decision-making, and the ability to balance both fast-paced and slower periods of work., * Respond promptly to incoming client emails, phone calls, and text messages; send appropriate outbound updates and confirmations.

  • Facilitate communication with field agents escorting high-value cargo nationwide.
  • Monitor GPS signals for all active loads to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Oversee live video feeds from field teams using advanced surveillance tools.
  • Meticulously review and validate all operational data, ensuring accuracy between client instructions and field team reports.
  • Provide clients with real-time updates on departures, arrivals, delivery confirmations, and incident reports.
  • Assign escort teams, book their travel arrangements (airfare, rental cars, hotels), and manage scheduling to minimize overtime.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records for accountability and client reporting.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Team scheduling?, * Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operations environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, operations monitoring, security operations, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems, GPS platforms, and communication tools.
  • Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential/sensitive information.

Schedule 24/7 Operations Center coverage (weekdays and weekend).

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities.
  • Some shifts may be fast-paced and high-pressure, while others may be slower and require steady monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and modern security systems.

We are currently establishing a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) at our headquarters in Addison, TX, to support our High Value Cargo Escort Operations. These missions involve retired law enforcement and military personnel escorting 18-wheelers transporting valuable freight across the country. The SOC team is the hub of all communications, ensuring smooth coordination between field agents and our clients while leveraging state-of-the-art equipment and the latest technology platforms to ensure reliability and security., FRPS is rapidly expanding. We recently opened a new office in San Jose, CA, and we are actively exploring opportunities to establish offices in additional states to support our continued growth. As the business expands, this will create more positions, larger SOC operations, and the potential for leadership opportunities.
