What will you be doing at Atrium?

In this role, you will join the best and brightest in the industry to skillfully push the boundaries of what’s possible by uncovering predictive insights. You will work with customers to make smarter decisions through innovative problem-solving using AI, Analytics, and systems of intelligence. You will partner to advise, implement and optimize solutions through industry expertise, leading cloud platforms and data science.

The Change Management Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing change management strategies that will enable successful organizational change and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to identify the impacts of change and to develop and execute effective change management plans.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies that enable successful organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Work closely with project teams, senior leaders, and stakeholders to identify the impacts of change and to develop and execute effective change management plans
  • Assess and manage risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation plans
  • Design and deliver change management training programs and materials for Salesforce programs
  • Develop and implement communication plans that effectively convey the rationale, benefits, and impacts of change to stakeholders
  • Define strategies for ongoing monitoring and sustainment of the progress of change initiatives
  • Provide coaching and support to project teams and stakeholders to help them navigate change effectively
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement in change management processes and recommend solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of change management best practices, tools, and techniques

Requirements

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * At least 8 years of professional experience, with at least 4 of those years in a change management role, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex organizational change initiatives

  • Experience in a consulting role, working with external clients on the Salesforce platform, is preferred
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices, such as Prosci ADKAR, or Kotter’s 8-Step Model
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
  • Proficiency in building training and communications assets, including strong skills with Google Slides and PowerPoint
  • Training video production proficiency is preferred
  • Ability to work productively as a remote team member and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design preferred
