Job description

Responsible for optimizing desktop/laptop computer performance, maintaining system integrity, supporting the network analyst and evaluating new technologies to be integrated into the desktop environment with minimal effect on the end users daily job performance; Support and maintains the critical PC application sfo the organization; Ensures the stability and availability of workstation and/or desktop hardware or software by serving as the central point of contact for all workstation hardware and/desktop software problems, scheduling and performing necessary system maintenance; Maintain system security; Installing PC equipment; Developing desktop documentation.

Requirements

HS and GED is required. A+ certification or technical degreed is required. 2 years experience in a support role working with customers.
