SCM Specialist (Korean Bilingual Preferred)

The SCM Specialist plays a key role in supporting end-to-end supply chain operations across Ace Engineering’s ESS (Energy Storage System) enclosure and specialized container businesses. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely flow of materials, components, and information from suppliers through production to project delivery sites. Working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the SCM Specialist supports procurement, logistics coordination, and inventory management activities aligned with the company’s “ESS Total Solution” model. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop core supply chain capabilities and gain exposure to global operations within a fast-growing ESS market., · Support procurement activities including purchase order creation, supplier communication, and delivery tracking

· Coordinate material flow to ensure timely supply for manufacturing and project schedules

· Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock to avoid shortages or excess

· Manage spare parts inventory for manufactured products and key equipment, including stock level planning, reorder triggers, and shelf-life or obsolescence tracking

· Coordinate spare parts fulfillment for customer requests, warranty claims, and field service needs, ensuring timely delivery in alignment with contractual obligations

· Work with engineering and quality teams to maintain an updated spare parts list (BOM-based) and ensure correct part identification, specifications, and approved vendor alignment

· Support spare parts pricing, quoting, and order processing for after-sales and service-related transactions

· Track and manage shipment schedules, including domestic and international logistics coordination

· Collaborate with production, project, and engineering teams to align supply with demand requirements

· Assist in supplier performance monitoring, including delivery timelines and quality compliance

· Maintain accurate ERP/system data for orders, inventory, and vendor information

· Identify and report supply risks or delays and support mitigation actions

· Prepare reports and analyze basic supply chain data to support operational decisions

· Support urgent supply or logistics issues, including handling time-sensitive matters when required

· Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs and organizational objectives

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, · Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or a related field

· 0-3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (internship experience acceptable)

· Basic understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, and logistics

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks

· Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP experience is a plus

· Familiarity with spare parts management concepts including min/max stock logic, criticality classification, and lead time buffering is a plus

· Strong communication and coordination skills in cross-functional environments

· Proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal)

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive attitude
