Windsor America is seeking an innovative, business-minded AI Systems Analyst to help drive the practical adoption of Artificial Intelligence across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving business challenges, improving operational efficiency, and helping teams embrace new technologies.
In this role, you’ll work directly with employees, managers, and leadership teams to identify opportunities where AI can streamline processes, automate repetitive tasks, improve reporting, and make information more accessible. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and change agent, helping translate business needs into practical AI solutions that create measurable value.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with teams across the organization to identify opportunities for AI and automation.
- Evaluate business processes and recommend innovative solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
- Support the implementation and adoption of AI-powered tools and technologies.
- Automate routine administrative, reporting, and workflow tasks.
- Assist with business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
- Research emerging AI technologies and identify practical applications for our business.
- Train and support employees on approved AI tools and best practices.
- Develop user guides, documentation, and process resources.
- Collaborate with operational leaders, department managers, and IT teams on continuous improvement projects.
- Promote the secure, responsible, and effective use of AI throughout the organization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workflow automation system?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with business systems, process improvement, reporting, analytics, or technology support.
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation tools, or similar technologies.
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, workflows, or process documentation is a plus.
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and helping others leverage technology effectively.
Education & Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Work Environment
This hybrid position is primarily remote but requires extensive travel to manufacturing plants, distribution centers, warehouses, and office locations throughout the United States. Candidates should be comfortable working in a variety of operational environments and interacting with employees across multiple business functions.
