Job description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Integration Lead Developer to take ownership of designing and implementing robust, bidirectional REST integrations between ServiceNow and multiple external systems.
In this high-impact role, you will architect integration solutions, lead technical decisions, and serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow Integration Hub and App Engine. You will work independently while mentoring others, translating complex business requirements into reliable, high-performing integrations., * Lead the design, development, and delivery of bi-directional REST integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Architect and implement integration solutions using ServiceNow Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and App Engine
- Define and enforce integration best practices, architecture patterns, and performance standards
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable RESTful APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and evolve the integration roadmap
- Mentor and guide development team members on ServiceNow integration best practices
- Leverage middleware platforms (MuleSoft preferred) to enhance integration capabilities
Requirements
Do you have experience in Team leadership?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow platform development and architecture
- Strong mastery of ServiceNow Integration Hub and App Engine
- Expert-level experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Business Rules, etc.)
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, performance optimization, and troubleshooting
- Experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms (strongly preferred)
Leadership & Delivery:
- Proven ability to independently deliver integration solutions from concept to production
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Professional Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong time management and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Commitment to high-quality delivery and continuous improvement
Benefits & conditions
From $160,000 a year - Full-time, Contract
