IT Technician

Do you have experience in System deployment?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Ability to provide a professional interface to internal and external customers and vendors

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues over the Phone and remote help using video conferencing software
• Ability to configure computers w.r.t installing hard drives, switches, routers and cables
• Provide operational support for the company’s network and hardware including PC/Computers/leaderboards/Head Phones and computer related equipment (Check Point Firewall/VPN devices are desired)
• Ability to Image Laptops, Desktops over different OS specially Linux platforms.
• Utilizing technical expertise for trouble shooting technical issues and system set ups
• Ability to move heavy equipment - like servers
• Ability to learn basic code in PHP, Perl and SQL Queries
• Internet and e-commerce experience preferred.

• Ability to Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce usable and maintainable documentation
• Demonstrate ability to give close attention to details, including planning, executing, and follow up procedures
• Must be able to work well in a team environment, * High school or equivalent (Required)
• Computer hardware installation: 1 year (Required)
• Computer Imaging: 1 year (Preferred)
• Linux: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer Hardware Trouble Shooting: 1 year (Required)

Compensation: $17.75-$25 per hour Depending on prior experience and technical expertise - Opportunity for growth, * High school or equivalent (Required), * Computer Hardware Trouble Shooting: 1 year (Preferred)
