Job description

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics solutions.
  • Build data pipelines and automate data processing workflows.
  • Perform statistical analysis and data mining to solve business problems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineers to define data-driven solutions.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
  • Validate model performance and continuously optimize algorithms.
  • Document methodologies, processes, and technical findings.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Statistics?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our team in Johnston, Iowa. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Science, Python, and Machine Learning, along with hands-on experience developing predictive models and extracting actionable insights from complex datasets., * 5-7 years of professional experience in Data Science or related fields.

  • Strong programming experience with Python.
  • Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills., * Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with big data technologies is a plus., * Candidates local to Iowa or nearby states are highly preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • No C2C. W2 candidates only.
