Job description
Role: ITSM / Change ManagerLocation: Chicago IL /Pittsburgh PACertification: ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certifiedKey Responsibilities:Ā· Develop and implement change management process.Ā· Ensure adherence to change management processĀ· Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and readiness.Ā· Ensure proper testing and validation procedures are followedĀ· Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance purposesĀ· Perform RCA for failed changesĀ· Facilitate CAB meetings and present change proposalsĀ· Lead emergency change management procedures when necessaryĀ· Communicate change schedules and impacts to affected parties and work with businesses to minimize operational disruptionĀ· Collaborate with technical teams to understand change requirementsĀ· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of ITSM processes.Ā· Maintain accurate documentation and reportingĀ· Drive continuous improvement initiatives within ITSM processes.Ā· Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Required Skills:Ā· Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks and processes.Ā· Exposure to Incident Management and Problem ManagementĀ· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesĀ· Data analysis and reporting capabilitiesĀ· Strong crisis management and decision-making skillsĀ· Excellent communication and stakeholder managementĀ· Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management)Ā· Understanding of SLAs, OLAs, and escalation models

$50 - $53 an hour - Contract
