Job description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Workfront and Fusion solutions. This role will lead automation initiatives, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless integration of Workfront across enterprise systems while working closely with business and technical stakeholders., Workfront Fusion Development & Delivery

  • Lead design and development of Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios based on business requirements
  • Manage Fusion build timelines aligned with delivery milestones
  • Track progress, identify risks/blockers, and escalate appropriately
  • Optimize existing Fusion scenarios for performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Partner with architects and solution teams to align with enterprise architecture

Workfront Configuration & Administration

  • Configure and customize Adobe Workfront to meet business needs
  • Develop and maintain workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports
  • Implement best practices and standardization for optimal platform usage

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Support QA and UAT activities with business and technical teams
  • Validate solutions meet functional and quality standards

Stakeholder Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Engage with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Identify and implement workflow automation and process improvements
  • Communicate progress, updates, and risks effectively

Support & Issue Resolution

  • Troubleshoot issues related to Workfront, integrations, and Fusion scenarios
  • Provide post-deployment support and enhancements

Integration & Data Management

  • Support integrations between Workfront and enterprise systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations
  • Support knowledge transfer and team enablement

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with Adobe Workfront and Fusion enhancements
  • Drive adoption of new features and capabilities

Requirements

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, * Strong experience with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion

  • Proven experience designing and building Fusion scenarios
  • Experience with workflow automation and system integrations
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and data integrations
  • Strong knowledge of Workfront configuration (forms, templates, reporting)
  • Experience supporting QA/UAT and production support
  • Strong stakeholder communication and delivery management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AEM, Salesforce, Jira, or ServiceNow integrations
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
  • Adobe Workfront or Fusion certifications
